Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Recruiting Italy to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for our Italian sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Define and implement effective sourcing plans to meet the recruitment needs of our Italian sites, in collaboration with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- End-to-End Recruiting: Provide full-cycle recruiting services for production site positions, including attracting and hiring specialists and managers, ensuring a successful onboarding process.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders, and external service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Ambassador for Aenova Group: Act as an ambassador for our company, promoting our brand and values, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the Italian market.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Recruiting KPIs: Define and maintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Representation: Represent Aenova Group at recruitment events and career fairs, promoting our company and attracting top talent.
- Education: Completed studies in economics, psychology, educational science, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial and fast-paced environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or food industry.
- Skills: Professional experience in active sourcing and end-to-end recruiting for industrial and technical employees, with a strong focus on customer orientation and consulting skills.
- Language: Native Italian speaking, fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel between Italian sites and occasional trips to the HQ in Germany.
