Role Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of Independent Real Estate Consultants (IRECs) and Partner Brokers as they navigate the Casavo marketplace portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of IRECs and Partner Brokers to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and achieve targeted home sales volumes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for IRECs and Partner Brokers, ensuring compliance with Casavo's operational guidelines.
- Ensure a smooth transition of sales mandates from the acquisition team to the IREC workforce.
- Develop sales strategies for each property, determining timelines for market entry, scheduling viewings, and identifying marketing tactics.
- Assist IRECs and Partner Brokers in preparing for property listings, including the creation of marketing materials and the collection of visual assets.
- Implement tactical sales strategies based on market feedback and property dismissal planning.
- Conduct regular inventory analyses to support accurate sales forecasting.
- Aid IRECs and Partner Brokers in managing offers, from initial collection to final acceptance.
- Supervise the closing processes executed by IRECs and Partner Brokers.
- Ensure the collection of brokerage fees from both sellers and buyers in line with established commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Marketplace Operations Managers to refine sales planning and forecasting based on market insights.
