At Belmond Management, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As a leading luxury hotel operator, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager.

Job Description:

  • Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and information provision to guests.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing hotel operations, including health & safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy rates and average daily rates.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues beyond the scope of frontline staff capabilities and resolve complex problems arising from guest complaints or operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel brand, preferably at international level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage due to international clientele.
