Vishay Semiconductor Italiana S.p.A. is seeking a skilled Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team in Northern Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design and a solid understanding of mixed-signal systems. Responsibilities will include specification and design of analog & mixed-signal sub-systems, verification of design at block-level, IC level, and system level, and implementation of Design-For-Testability (DFT).

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or higher qualification.
  • 5+ years of circuit design experience in Power Mgmt ICs and Switching Regulator ICs.
  • Experience with modelling (system-verilog, verilogams) and generating specifications and validation criteria of DC-DC converter systems and sub-systems.
  • Good understanding of ESD and Latchup robust design.
  • Physical understanding and use experience of CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD Process Technologies.
  • Hands-on test and characterization of ICs.
