We are seeking a skilled Mechanics Industrialization Specialist to join our team and contribute to the following key activities:

  • Product Introduction and Manufacturing Optimization
    • Conduct manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation, including bills of materials and drawings
    • Design and implement manufacturing and testing tools
    • Develop manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers
    • Train manufacturing and testing workers
  • Process Setup and Improvement
    • Establish manufacturing processes at supplier's premises or internal production department for prototype and serial production
    • Propose new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones, including workstations, tooling, routings, assembly, and testing instructions
    • Support manufacturing and quality activities when issues arise
    • Facilitate continuous manufacturing improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical factory as a Manufacturing Engineer
  • Strong knowledge and experience in machining technologies and surface/heat treatments
  • Professional-level English language skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments and suppliers
