About Us
Amazon Business Europe is in search of a candidate proficient in the Italian language to become a part of our newly established team dedicated to supporting our EU Customer operations.

Role Summary
As a Business Account Executive, you will have the thrilling opportunity to foster the development of our Italian-speaking customers on Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and proposing innovative services or features to our clients to establish collaborative business strategies with Amazon.
  • Enhancing your clients' portfolio, their spending growth, and operational efficiency with Amazon Business.
  • Exhibiting a natural curiosity to learn various internal business tools, programs, and processes to pinpoint the right business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to uncover new growth opportunities for our clients and automating processes for an improved purchasing partner experience.
  • Collaborating with the EU Sales team and Product Management teams to offer customer insights and customer-driven product enhancement suggestions.
  • Taking ownership of impactful business-driven projects by engaging with internal business stakeholders to guide the direction of various initiatives.

About the Team
Our Amazon Business team, based in Bratislava, is committed to guiding our customers across all Amazon Business EU marketplaces towards mutual success by building trust and continuously challenging ourselves and the status quo.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant and dynamic department that spans five EU markets within a multicultural setting. Our leadership team is dedicated to fostering a positive team culture, focusing on individual strengths and team development through one-on-one discussions, career growth planning, role assessments, and opportunities for stretch assignments and projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (minimum C1) and Italian (minimum C1)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Contributes positively to a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer operations
  • Capability to collaborate with Legal, product, and internal business stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Relentlessly customer-focused, always prioritizing the needs of the customer

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment, with a proven ability to influence others
