Rina Consulting S.p.A. Integration Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Planning Manager to join our team at Rina Consulting S.p.A. in Genova, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Support the definition of general guidelines for business operations and strategy.
  • Plan and integrate goals and metrics for commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives.
  • Identify and address gaps between performance and goals, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and promote efficiency and optimization of operating units in terms of revenues, margins, internal and external costs, invoicing, cash flow, and credit collection.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of internal and external processes and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise back office activities, such as contract management, invoicing, and credit collection.
  • Collaborate with Global Functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency of services to customers.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles with a focus on Business Controlling and Reporting.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Reporting tools and applications (e.g., Qlik View, Power BI).
