Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Project Coordinator and Data Insights Specialist to enhance our operations at Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to sustainable energy solutions while supporting our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee various HR initiatives that influence the Hub's operations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning tools, providing guidance to HR Business Partners and managers to ensure optimal data integrity.
  • Ensure consistency and precision in Hitachi Global Grading across the Hub, maintaining a comprehensive job catalog and recommending appropriate job mappings.
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of Hub analytics, creating timely dashboards and training materials for HRBPs and managers, while conducting audits to maintain data accuracy.
  • Support essential HR processes, including salary reviews and performance management, by establishing data management protocols and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to promote the effective use of HR tools, assisting in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits on HR data quality within the Workday system.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR transformation projects focused on data management and digitalization.
  • Embody the core values of safety and integrity, taking accountability for actions and fostering a supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity with project management responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Workday platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability, results-oriented focus, and teamwork are essential attributes.
