Job Title: Social Media & Community Specialist

About the Role

QVC is seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Community Specialist to join our team in Brugherio. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our brand identity across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.

Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our products and services, while also promoting our brand values and mission.

Manage and moderate our social media communities, ensuring that all interactions are positive and aligned with our brand standards.

Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to integrate social media into our overall marketing strategy and drive business results.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and continuously adapt our strategy to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on building and maintaining brand identities.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing and creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global teams.
