We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Finance - Branch Rome. As a key member of our Regional Solution and Services Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our business administration, controlling, and financial planning.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and propose financial plans and change recommendations to positively impact Branch KPI
  • Run the LOA process (Limit of Authority) to obtain corporate approval on major offers
  • Support the offering phase and negotiate contracts in alignment with sales and contract managers
  • Validate compliance of order intake to related guidelines
  • Manage a team and support credit management
  • Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Maintain relationships with key external and internal project stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B markets
  • Knowledge of SAP, PPT, and main IT programs
  • Economics or Management Engineering background
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management, and ability to propose improvement actions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Rome
