We are seeking a Head of Finance - Branch Rome to join our team at Siemens S.p.A. in Rome. As a trusted partner of the Head of the branch, you will ensure the effectiveness of the business administration, controlling, and financial planning of the sales activities and service agreements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and propose financial plans and change recommendations to positively impact Branch KPI
  • Run the LOA process (Limit of Authority) to obtain corporate approval on major offers
  • Support the offering phase and negotiate contracts in alignment with sales and contract managers
  • Validate compliance of order intake to related guidelines
  • Manage a team
  • Support credit management teams
  • Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Mange relationships with key external and internal project stakeholders, including HQ, customers, consortium partners, suppliers, management, accounting, legal, SFS, insurance, and taxes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in B2B markets
  • Knowledge of SAP, PPT, and main IT programs
  • Economics or Management Engineering background
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management, and ability to proactively propose improvement actions
  • Able to interact and establish trusted environments, collaboration, teamwork, and communicate effectively with people at all levels and cultures
  • Passion for continuous growth
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Rome
