Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for the Fire business in Italy, you will be responsible for achieving the target turnover and margin for the region. Your focus will be on sales and business development, working closely with end users and specifiers to create demand and project leads. You will also provide basic technical support and application design. The ideal candidate is located in the Bologna area and is responsible for the regions of Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, and Marche.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales and business development to ensure target profitability;
  • Increase sales for the Fire business by creating demand and project leads through business development;
  • Support in presales and technical support enquiries;
  • Support with application design and tender submissions;

Requirements
  • Degree in Economics or Engineering;
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2);
  • Technical experience and a love to overcome technical problems;
  • Willingness to learn; Customer service centric approach; Team player; Ability to work under minimal supervision; Deadline & target driven; Hunter personality (find new business); Courageous and able to challenge status quo; Good presenter and communicator;
