Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, Fire Business Unit

Job Overview

You will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for the Fire business unit in your region. Your focus will be on developing business relationships with end-users and specifiers, providing technical support, and designing applications. You will cover the regions of Emilia Romagna, Toscani, Umbria, and Marche, and ideally be based in the Bologna area.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support sales and business development to ensure target profitability.
  2. Increase sales for the Fire business unit by creating demand and project leads through business development.
  3. Provide support in presales and technical support enquiries.
  4. Support with application design and tender submissions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2).
  • Technical experience and a passion for solving technical problems.
  • Strong customer service centric approach, team player, ability to work under minimal supervision, deadline and target driven, hunter personality, courageous, and able to challenge the status quo.
