About the PositionWe offer a competitive salary package of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is ideal for individuals who have at least 2 years of experience in marketing roles within the in vitro diagnostics sector or medical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales growth and increase market share for our hemostasis products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs for field personnel and product specialists.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and suppliers to stay informed about market needs and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires up to 50% travel time, both domestically and internationally.
