About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Genoa, Italy. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Services Team to assist in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
  • Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS, RIS, VNA, and other related systems.
  • Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
  • Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Technical School (IT background preferred) or a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
