About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Yankee Candle. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relations and sales in central and southern Italy, including the islands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Drive key brand initiatives to effectively reach and connect with target consumers.
  • Distributor Management: Manage relationships with distributors to consolidate partnerships and optimize product positioning.
  • End-User Relationship Management: Promote products to end-users and manage interactions with Health & Safety Managers and Purchasing Departments.
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities in central and southern Italy to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Support: Manage customer information and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum:
    • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in selling and distributing technical goods for the industrial sector, including managing distributor relationships.
    • Good command of MS Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Fluent Italian and communicative English (written and spoken).
    • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Your Advantage:
