IT Risk Operations Specialist

The Senior Risk Management Analyst will oversee Risk Management initiatives within the CTO division, ensuring that all essential measures are executed. They will assist stakeholders in evaluating and prioritizing actions to effectively mitigate risks.
The preferred candidate will serve as a Risk Subject Matter Expert, playing a pivotal role in deploying OT/IT technological solutions and best practices across various sites. Collaborating closely with the Platform Tribe team and engaging with other departments, such as cybersecurity and Networking, this position emphasizes the maintenance of secure and compliant environments in line with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously assess, quantify, and monitor IT risks through practical evaluations. Execute evidence-based risk evaluations for both internal and external systems, offering recommendations and actionable items to enhance security measures and ensure compliance. Collaborate with Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Compliance teams to align with regulatory standards and corporate goals. Analyze emerging risks that may affect strategic objectives. Engage in trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Act as a trusted risk advisor, evaluating the impact of strategic changes on technology frameworks. Contribute to the development of research-based materials to promote awareness and drive change. Ensure coordination with service providers and uphold high service quality standards. Provide guidance on Patching, Vulnerability Management, and Infrastructure Lifecycle. Exhibit expertise in engineering processes and Agile methodologies. Assist in designing innovative data center technologies to support Operational technologies with a risk-focused approach.Requirements:
BS/BA in Information Technology or Business with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information security or risk management. Familiarity with information security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and COBIT. Certification in CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor is highly preferred. Proficiency in ITIL/ISO 20000 and Agile/PMO/PRINCE2 methodologies. Advanced skills in Excel.Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Problem-solving orientation and customer-focused approach. Commitment to execution excellence.Duration: Permanent
