- Collaboration with Gallery Director: Coordinate with the Gallery Director to align café operations with gallery events and enhance the visitor experience.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, addressing any customer concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment
- In-depth knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, varieties, and flavor profiles, with the ability to deliver a top-tier experience
- Experience in leading a team, managing development, and overseeing daily operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Available to work weekends
