About the Role
As a Service Delivery Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are delivered with the highest quality and readiness for commercialization. Your responsibilities will include gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement, creating and reviewing go-to-market materials, executing service testing and validation plans, coordinating global service plans, and updating customer support product plans.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Serviceability Improvement: Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance product serviceability based on customer feedback and data analysis.
- Go-to-Market Materials: Develop and review service documentation, customer documentation, and training packages for on-premise and cloud solutions. Ensure that these materials accurately reflect the features and capabilities of our products.
- Service Testing and Validation: Lead the execution of comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure product quality and readiness for commercialization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or defects identified during testing.
- Global Service Coordination: Coordinate and verify worldwide service plans and activities with the global service community throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across regions and functions.
- Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP): Maintain accurate and up-to-date CSPP information, ensuring that customers have access to the latest product knowledge and support resources.
- Service Training: Define and deliver service training requirements for assigned products or programs, focusing on developing the skills and knowledge necessary for successful product adoption and utilization.

Requirements
You must have a university degree or master's degree in an IT or technical field, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in service or technical engineering from the healthcare industry or enterprise organizations. Cloud software operation experience is an advantage. You should also possess strong language proficiency in English, as well as Italian language skills. Based on the location Genoa, Italy, we estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate includes benefits such as medical insurance, pension plan, and paid time off. However, please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
