Key Responsibilities:

Leverage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business. Monitor and report on HR-related key performance indicators, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.Ideal Candidate:
A pioneer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources. Proficient in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in multiple languages; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
