As a luxury sales associate, you will work within our flagship and contemporary stores, requiring an in-depth knowledge of fabrics and the wearability of garments.

The in-store sales teams' responsibility is to guide customers in choosing the best products to enhance their look based on their tastes and needs.

The sales team is also in charge of visual merchandising, keeping the stores tidy, ringing up sales, providing customer assistance, and guiding the customer in their purchase choices.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel between the stores and offices
  • Flexibility and an open mind
  • Empathetic, with an ability to identify customer needs and requirements
  • Patience, good will, and an interest in public relations
  • Extensive knowledge of the products being sold
  • Being tidy, organized, and having the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Minimum B2 proficiency in English
  • Sales experience in the luxury womenswear sector

We take great care to go through each and every application we receive to determine if the candidate fits the profile we're looking for. We take the time to compare and contrast all the CVs we receive to make a shortlist of candidates we will then invite to interview with our Store Manager.

After this initial interview, if the candidate is an initial match, a second interview with the hiring team manager and HR team will take place, followed by an optional final confirmation interview.
