JOB PURPOSE

The CRM Data Strategist plays a crucial role in evaluating customer information, producing analytical reports, and aiding CRM initiatives to improve customer interaction and satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


• Evaluate customer information to uncover trends, patterns, and insights;


• Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, simplifying complex data into actionable strategies;


• Create reports and dashboards, conveying essential metrics and findings;


• Establish and monitor KPIs related to customer interaction and satisfaction;


• Collaborate with various teams to extract valuable insights from CRM data;


• Enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency;


• Support the design and implementation of targeted marketing initiatives;


• Aid in segmenting customer databases for tailored communication;


• Provide training for CRM users on system functionalities;


• Document CRM workflows and procedures for reference and training purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)


• 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in overseeing CRM activities in medium to large-scale projects;


• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;


• Advanced proficiency in Excel;


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline;


• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer lifecycle;


• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is advantageous;


• Knowledge of Power BI, Qsense, or similar platforms is beneficial;


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;


• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret and convert data into actionable insights.
