Job Title: Payroll Delivery Specialist

At Alight Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payroll services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll preparation and calculation with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update complex personnel information and payroll data in SAP HR.
  • Respond to and resolve payroll-related cases and issues escalated by Tier 1 or HR Business Partners.
  • Advise clients on employment law and provide solutions for administrative, payroll-related, and legal issues.
  • Act as a SAP HR key user for clients, assisting with change requests, functional analysis, and testing.
  • Prepare reporting in SAP HR and provide regular and on-demand payroll reports and statistical information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
