About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Consultant to join our global team at SupportYourApp. As a Technical Support Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive communication and support to ensure their success.
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients, gathering feedback and updates on their progress.
  • Establish and maintain a network of trusted relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and support.
  • Develop and implement effective communication routines, including gathering feedback on services and tools.

Requirements

  • Native Turkish speaker with excellent German and English language skills.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer success or technical support capacity.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Background in photography-related areas or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Mature and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
