Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at GRS Recruitment in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, management, and customer service, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Screen and evaluate potential business deals, analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, and software delivery principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a culture of quickly testing and iterating strategies.
  • Superior negotiation skills and understanding of contract/legal terms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
