The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product exchange logistics: Coordinate product exchanges and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Database updates: Update our internal database with any modifications or changes to customer information.

Your Profile

  • English language proficiency: You must have a high level of English language proficiency, equivalent to C1 level.
  • Second language proficiency: You must be proficient in a second language, specifically Dutch.
  • MS Office skills: You must have proficiency in MS Office and be able to use it effectively.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Autonomy and organization: You must be autonomous, organized, and stress-resistant, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Technical customer service experience: Previous experience in technical customer service or help desk is an asset.
  • Problem-solving skills: You must have the ability to diagnose technical problems and identify solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaborative work software: You must have knowledge of collaborative work software, virtualized environments, and other relevant technologies.
