Job Description

Waddi Srl, a leading research and recruitment company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care professional to join our team in the Gas & Power sector.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, providing personalized solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Gas & Power sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and other relevant software.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, as well as a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
What We Offer
  • Contract Type: We offer a contract of apprenticeship or indefinite duration, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
  • Smart Working: After an initial period of onboarding, employees are eligible for 2 days of smart working per week.
