Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SCM Customer Experience Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures tailored to each client, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement in our SCM services.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales invoices in accordance with company policies and client specifications.
- Process supplier purchase invoices in compliance with established quality procedures.
- Maximize shipment contributions by maintaining a focus on service levels while minimizing costs.
- Regularly assess and refine operational processes, ensuring all key workflows are documented on the intranet.
- Generate internal and external reports, including client KPI reporting, as required.
- Assist clients in resolving issues by developing a thorough understanding of their business and the challenges they face, aiming to enhance outcomes from their perspective.
- Proactively identify and address challenges within client processes, proposing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach when representing the company to clients, offering alternative solutions when specific requests cannot be met.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Execute tasks diligently as directed by supervisors, upholding corporate values.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in the Italian 'Collocamento mirato' register, as per L.68/99 art. 18.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively address common customer objections.
