Job Description

Enabling innovation and growth, Esprinet S.p.A. is seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Enterprise Software solutions, specifically Dassault Solidworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Provide partners with necessary resources and support to effectively sell and commercialize Dassault Solidworks solutions.
  • Analyze and understand the target market, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Promote new business initiatives in close collaboration with the Product Marketing team.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and requirements, promoting new products and services.
  • Share development plans to acquire new market shares.
  • Develop relationships with vendor account managers to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Software market, particularly the SolidWorks, Draftsight, and Simulation portfolios.
  • Ability to plan and execute joint initiatives with partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Availability for travel within the territory.
  • Customer-oriented, negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.
