Job Title: High Voltage Service Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a High Voltage Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams. You will lead the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies and initiatives at a HUB level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within Product Service Centers (PSCs) and Local Service Centers (LSCs).

Key Responsibilities:

* Develops business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams.
* Leads the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies and initiatives at a HUB level.
* Ensures appropriate sales and marketing efforts within Product Service Centers (PSCs) and Local Service Centers (LSCs).
* Develops and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of product offering, and provide solutions.
* Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
* Oversees the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies.
* Ensures local sales teams are provided with world-class training and increase the sales competence.

Requirements:

* High customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and team working skills.
* Extensive experience in after sales service and in high-voltage segment.
* A proven sales and customer relationship management track record.
* 7+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative personality.
* Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural and diverse team.
* Business fluency in English.
* Additional language skills are a plus.
