Business Unit High Voltage

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating sales opportunities within the designated areas, focusing on installed base penetration (IB). The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager to implement and promote various upgrade, retrofit, and value-added solutions to the benefit of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Service Sales strategy, penetrating IB and promoting upgrade, retrofit, and value-added solutions.
  • Develop and review sales plans, proposing recovery plans when needed.
  • Drive, implement, report, and monitor the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business.
  • Identify, discuss, review, and negotiate contract baselines and other documents to ensure compliance and maximize financial and operational performance.
  • Document changes and assess the success or deviations of contracts to identify required changes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams, and the client's representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering or similar (technical background required).
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales roles, preferably in the industrial field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1 level).
  • Proactivity, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and outstanding communication skills.
