We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
