Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our business in the OFF-Trade Channel. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customers, negotiating agreements, and executing commercial strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned customers.
  2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as the face of Brown-Forman.
  3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  4. Performance Management: Manage customer performance, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager to maximize results.

As a Key Account Manager, you will have a regional scope and serve as the counterpart for important local customers. Your first key task is to run negotiations in alignment with Off Trade commercial policy and negotiate local agreements, promotional plans, assortment, and excellent execution.
