Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Accounting Specialist to join our Group reporting & International accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial closing process of the Group reporting package under IFRS and USGAAP, with a focus on Sisal's foreign subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial closing process of the Group reporting package under IFRS and USGAAP.
  • Work alongside the HQ team to manage deliverables towards the parent company related to various workstreams and accounting policies guidance to foreign subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with the Group reporting & International Accounting Senior Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 2/3 years of experience in consulting, audit firms, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, accurate, and flexible with the ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Big 4 audit firms.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/Oracle HFM.
