Job Title: Project Manager MICE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager MICE to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire organizational cycle of MICE events (incentive travel);
  • Coordinate and communicate with local suppliers and partners (hotels, event locations, transportation, catering);
  • Manage international client requests, providing support in planning and personalizing events;
  • Oversee logistics before and during the event, ensuring that everything runs according to the established program and client specifications;
  • Develop innovative and personalized proposals to ensure unique experiences for participants;
  • Monitor budgets and control costs for each project;
  • Manage administrative documentation related to events.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the MICE sector;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of the Italian national territory, with a focus on art cities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written);
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and event management software;
  • Ability to work in a team and customer-oriented;
  • Availability to travel for work.

Type of contract: Full Time

Indicative hourly salary: 8-9 €

The effective salary will be evaluated based on the candidate's real experience.
