About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join our Marine & Ports Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with ABB policies, contractual specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple complex projects, acting as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and suppliers, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement work plans, project documentation, and technical requirements for equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers to issue claims and ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-focused area, preferably in the marine sector.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, electrical, and functional schemes, as well as system integration and electro-technical topics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Naval, Electric, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
