Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Class Coordinator to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a Class Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our group fitness classes and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all member inquiries and concerns regarding group fitness classes and programs.
  • Distribute and maintain current club schedules at our gym locations.
  • Ensure all classes are covered and facilitate sub procedures at our facilities.
  • Report class tracking numbers on a monthly basis to our management team.
  • Submit payroll information to our general manager in accordance with our club payroll schedule.
  • Submit all quarterly schedule changes to our group fitness training manager for updates to our schedule and website.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new programming and services.
  • Provide seasonal inventory of all equipment to our management team.
  • Manage quarterly meetings with our general manager to educate them on group fitness class changes.
  • Create an email list of club-specific instructors for club-specific announcements and issues.
  • Maintain sign-in sheets and sub lists, including emergency policies and procedures.
  • Educate club staff on proper procedures and protocols.
  • Submit all holiday schedule changes to our group fitness training manager and distribute copies at our clubs.
  • Supervise all group fitness publicity at our club level, ensuring it is current and replenished.
  • Encourage attendance at special events and activities.
  • Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in our Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

  • Maintain valid CPR certification.
  • Nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
  • Strong customer service skills and good verbal communication.
