Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled B2B Order Manager to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our customer service and order management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Finance, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Support commercial customers with order management, availability, shipment tracking, and price inquiries via email and phone.
  • Active support of field service representatives and claim management.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales support tasks, including providing marketing assets and proofreading materials in Italian.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent and several years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Italian distribution market knowledge and toy sector knowledge preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and MS Office.
  • Results-oriented, team player, and strong communicator.
