About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Jewelry Designer to join our Creative Division at POMELLATO S.P.A. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a passion for luxury design, an exceptional understanding of current trends, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and trendsetting jewelry designs that reflect the brand's commitment to luxury and exclusivity, to be proposed to the Creative Director.
  • Partner and follow up with Product Managers to ensure product development is appropriate, finding the best construction solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury jewelry sector.
  • Collaborate to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and materials for our jewelry pieces.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree focused on Jewelry Design or similar education.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Traditional drawing, sketching, rendering skills.
  • Creativity, detail, and quality orientation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-work oriented.
