Job Opportunity: Sales Account Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Specialist to join our team at Gi Group S.p.A. as a Sales Account Specialist for the Triveneto region, with a focus on the Veneto area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, providing consultation and loyalty services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and propose strategies to promote the growth of the assigned area, in line with the company's goals.
  • Establish and achieve sales targets, focusing on volume and margin growth.

Requirements:

  • Junior profile with a strong desire to learn, achieve goals, and take on new challenges.
  • Preferably, experience in B2B sales in the construction industry.
  • Availability for short business trips within the assigned area.
  • Ability to sell technical products and engage in direct B2B sales.
