About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Aesthetics business in the Italian Market. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Manage sales budgets and resources to optimize return on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Italian Market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
