Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Training Instructor to enhance our Engineering Training department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation and eager to impart knowledge on various aircraft engineering subjects to our personnel, whether they are at the beginning of their careers or seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical training to engineering personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of Part 147 theoretical and practical training, training aligned with business requirements, and onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Design and enhance technical training programs and existing courses.
- Create instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, background information, and training aids.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with EASA regulations is essential, with a commitment to regularly reviewing all relevant procedures and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and validate training materials using diverse delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual formats.
- Capable of providing hands-on technical training effectively.
- Adept at maintaining and advancing training facilities to foster continuous learning across all training levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to design and implement effective training programs that meet outlined requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient presentation abilities.
- Prior technical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Possession of an EASA Part 66 Licence or demonstrable experience in aircraft technical training, particularly on 737/A320 aircraft.
- Ability to fulfill the requirements for delivering Part 147 training.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to escalate issues as necessary.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines set by management.
- Proficient in Office 365, with a willingness to learn new software tools to improve work processes.
- Effective communicator, capable of engaging with the team through various communication channels.
- Open-mindedness and eagerness to acquire new skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated work ethic and accountability for personal responsibilities and timely task completion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
- All candidates must possess the right to work and travel within Italy and Europe.
