As a Field Service Support Specialist, you will be part of our proactive and effective team, supporting field activities to ensure compliance with quality regulations and processes. Your role will involve visiting customers to promote repairing, spare parts sales, and material identification, as well as managing end-of-support initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support field activities to maintain compliance with QRC rules and processes, focusing on corrective actions and reporting.
  • Visit and support customers to promote ad-hoc repairs, spare parts sales, and material number identification.
  • Manage end-of-support initiatives in synergy with the marketing department and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Identify and promote business opportunities related to corrective actions, such as preventive maintenance campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of [Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year] experience in service/customer service roles.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent Italian and intermediate English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
