About the Role

Artemest is a pioneering digital platform that offers unparalleled access to the world of Italian craftsmanship and design. Our sophisticated platform showcases over 60,000 products designed and handmade in Italy by 1,500 of the country's most talented artisans.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for generating leads, expanding our customer base, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and categorize inbound leads driven by outbound effort
  • Assess the suitability of leads by understanding the potential customer's needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them on to the Sales team
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings between potential clients and the Sales team
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities before passing them to the Sales team
  • Gain interest through outbound cold calling and CRM journey across existing Salesforce customers
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify and source net new pipeline and assist in researching lines of business and personas
  • Regularly communicate with the Sales and Digital marketing teams, providing feedback on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, cold calling, CRM, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience gained in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across many different functions of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of the interior design sector
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
