The EMEA Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives tailored to specific segments or product lines within the EMEA region.

In this role, you will effectively manage, design, and implement a comprehensive marketing campaign strategy aimed at engaging target audiences and delivering memorable customer experiences. Collaborating with marketing program managers, you will determine the most effective marketing tactics for a successful outreach strategy, along with essential metrics to evaluate, analyze, and enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops multi-faceted campaigns to meet program goals as defined by the Marketing Program Manager, documenting planning, timelines, and outcomes for each campaign.
  • Selects the appropriate mix of tactics, identifies target customer groups, and establishes the communications strategy. Assists the Marketing Program Manager in creating the program brief, related business case, and multi-phase program calendar.
  • Collaborates closely with global marketing teams to incorporate regional EMEA needs into global campaign frameworks.
  • Works in partnership with the EMEA Marketing Program Manager to tailor global campaigns for execution in the EMEA region.
  • Coordinates with Agilent Marketing partners on the execution of ePushes, social media initiatives, and third-party media campaigns. Manages the design and production of new campaign assets and materials (e.g., booths, advertisements, multimedia) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensures adherence to Agilent's brand and messaging standards, maintaining brand compliance when collaborating with third parties.
  • Engages closely with all business partners on marketing digital and in-person events, with the capability to manage key international strategic events.
  • Oversees data management for assigned campaigns, from setup in CRM to segmentation, data capture, and briefing for data entry.
  • Evaluates campaign performance and refines the mix of tactics to enhance return on marketing investment, generating periodic reports to assess campaign and channel effectiveness.
  • Manages the allocation and tracking of EMEA campaign budgets in close coordination with the Marketing Program Manager.
  • Reports directly to the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager.

Location: This position can be performed remotely or in proximity to one of our offices in Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, or the UK.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in marketing communications within a professional environment.
  • Versatile marketing communications skills with proven expertise in executing a diverse range of tactics, particularly in digital marketing and demand generation, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and customer events.
  • Strong project management skills, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-country and multi-channel context across Europe.
  • Background in a technological B2B setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
