Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to manage and nurture existing client relationships. This role involves ensuring the renewal of subscriptions and promoting upgrades and additional services. The Account Executive will also be tasked with identifying new sales opportunities and executing a growth strategy within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
  • Provide both customer service and direct sales support via phone and email.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for renewals and new products to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Process orders and continuously monitor sales trends and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the territory.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the company's offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales growth targets set by management.
  • Occasionally visit clients to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and B2B customer service.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in initiating cold calls and managing customer accounts.
  • Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy.
