Join Our Team as a Continuous Improvement Support Specialist

The Learning and Development function of Amazon EU Operations (ACES EU Ops L&D) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Support Specialist to join its LEAP (Learning Excellence, Analytics, and Projects) team.

This exciting role will involve working closely with the LEAP team members to create and maintain project portfolios, track progress, and provide data-driven insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of LEAP team project portfolios in Asana
  • Track LEAP projects, collect updates, and consolidate a portfolio-level report for key stakeholders on a monthly basis
  • Create LEAP Wiki, in alignment with latest standards and project updates
  • Develop new LEAP dashboards in Quicksight
  • Support LEAP team members with the organization of events and trainings for the team
  • Create a newsletter to share information and celebrate successes of the team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates ability to manage and present data accurately
  • Spoken and written fluency of English language
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to convey active listening
  • Strong relationship building and organizational skills are key
  • Problem-solving ability with an analytical and solutions-focused approach
  • Basic experience with HTML and PowerBI/QuickSight

This role will be based at Amazon's Corporate Office in Milan and will report directly to the head of the LEAP team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
