Senior Product Designer

Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in dialysis technology, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Digital Services and Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating innovative product experiences that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and develop web, mobile, and embedded software experiences for medical devices.
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that support the company's overall roadmap strategy and ensure positive impact on patients and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct user research activities to inform design decisions and ensure best-in-class products.
  • Collaborate with Human Factors Engineering team to conduct usability studies and ensure compliance with FDA and ISO guidelines.
  • Design and execute prototypes, wireframes, and service blueprints to bring product ideas to life.
  • Apply system thinking to design across multiple products and verticals, empathizing with users and understanding business goals.
  • Manage client communications and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design for large-scale enterprise solutions, with a focus on medical devices or complex cross-platform solutions.
  • Proven track record of shipping large-scale enterprise products and experience with UI front-end technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human factors engineering, and FDA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
