Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Manage Customer Portfolios: Monitor and optimize customer portfolios to ensure alignment with CRM and Customer Center strategies.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze customer data to inform campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Customer Center, DEM Campaign Manager, and other corporate departments to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with overall CRM strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound campaign management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culture: Fluency in English and a strong understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
