We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftermarket Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and warranty evaluation to our dealer network, handling customer requests, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support requests and warranty evaluations through dedicated tools
  • Collaborate with product companies to resolve technical issues and share knowledge
  • Support colleagues in relation to technical expertise and provide guidance when needed
  • Occasional travel to customer sites, workshops, and offices to provide on-site support

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical components
